A good friend of mine is applying to a few feature studios and I believe Disney is one of them! This guy is absolutely amazing. He lives and breathes animation and constantly pushes to be better. While working with him at March Entertainment, I would always look forward to seeing his work.
He had asked me to take a look at one of his shots to see how he could improve on it. In this shot, a woman tries to justify the fact that she had just killed her friend/significant other. The shot looked great but I felt that the posing and expressions could be pushed to emphasis how much pain she was feeling. This is what I came up with.
